Strategic Urban Development Lead
RU
About me
I create spaces that become magnets and communities with stories.
My practice lives at the crossroads of urbanism, creative strategy, business, development, and cultural production.

I connect people, brands, and places around shared values, meaning, and long-term vision.

I treat place like a text — I read it, edit it, and sometimes write it from scratch. Using a scenario-based approach, I design user experiences that move from first contact to deep engagement.

My interdisciplinary background allows me to see the big picture and balance business needs with bold ideas, functionality with cultural identity, strategy with real experience.

My strength lies in quickly diving into any industry. I turn ideas into action plans, build teams, attract resources and strategic partners. I know how to translate complex concepts into clear messages and inspiring presentations.

Vasileostrovsky market
Location:
St. Petersburg, 2.5M+ people annually
About the Project:
The project emerged well before the food market boom, became a hit from day one, and remains a leader in its segment in St. Petersburg.

I oversaw the project from concept to sustainable operation post-launch: handled design and planning, developed the strategy, liaised with government bodies, curated a unique mix of tenants (many without prior experience in such formats), attracted sponsors, organized a high-profile opening, and assembled the operational team.
My Role:
Led the concept and vision behind the renovation of a historic market into a vibrant public destination. Served as Development Director.
MANIZHA
Location:
Moscow
About the Project:
After meeting an emerging singer at a private event, I saw her potential and dedicated two years to shaping her artistic identity and building her career from the ground up.

We developed a strategy for a DIY artist who addresses socially relevant topics and creates unique digital-first content. The result: debut albums, collaborations with Genotek and Apple, a music video shot entirely on an iPhone, major media coverage, a live appearance on Evening Urgant, and a national tour.
My Role:
Crafted the strategic vision, produced the project end-to-end, and oversaw operational execution.
Сarlos Santos’ Mirror
Location:
Moscow
About the Project:
An immersive theatre-and-dining experience with a psychological lens. Together with the director, we developed a unique performance format that actively involves the audience as part of the narrative.

The project resonated strongly with Moscow’s intellectual audience and continues to run in its original staging.
My Role:
Co-author of the concept, executive producer, marketing strategist, project launch lead.
WORKSHOP8383
Location:
Krasnodar
About the Project:
A multifunctional commercial real estate cluster designed as an urban green living room — blurring the lines between industry, nature, and the city.

A vibrant hub featuring next-generation offices, everyday services, and a curated cultural program.
My Role:
Exploration of optimal use scenarios for a former factory site; concept development, functional zoning, and territorial master plan — shaping a new "city center" with an integrated economic model.
BREATHE
Location:
In an untouched field in the south of Russia (project underway)
About the Project:
An interdisciplinary space inspired by its location — created to foster resilience and help restore a deep connection with the self. Through biophilic aesthetics, breathwork, radically improved sleep quality, deceleration, and gentle movement, artistic, and somatic practices, it offers a space for renewal.

I developed the concept of an institution that guides individuals and business teams toward self-regulation, mental clarity, and elevated quality of life — transforming lifestyle and inner states through spatial design, curated conditions, and embodied practices.
My Role:
Concept, naming, scenario design, and spatial planning
SEXTA
Location:
Costa Rica
About the Project:
A villa club project in Costa Rica with an «expat» take on authenticity and exclusivity — expressed through curated details: one-of-a-kind furniture and art pieces sourced globally, replacing clichéd ethnic motifs.

The concept embraces «barefoot luxury» with a 5-star level of service.
My Role:
Concept, naming, scenario design, and spatial planning
HARVEST MARKET
Location:
Krasnodar
About the Project:
A contemporary reimagining of the traditional Kuban market culture. The project showcases the richness and unique identity of the region through a fresh visual language and user experience.

The market is positioned not just as a place of commerce, but as a space for daily life, connection, community, meaning, and regional branding.
The goal: to not only revive a cultural tradition, but to adapt it to the rhythm and needs of today’s southern lifestyle — making it both emotionally resonant and scalable.
My Role:
Concept, architecture, functional zoning, and content strategy
Bath complex
Location:
Krasnodar
About the Project:
Creation of a flagship public bathhouse for the Krasnodar region.

A fundamental reinterpretation of the authentic Russian banya — built from raw timber logs and reimagined through a contemporary architectural lens.
The structure is thoughtfully integrated into the industrial-style ensemble of a newly developed urban district.
My Role:
Developed the core idea and curatorial content; authored the design and architectural brief.
